Many chemical compounds and gases are invisible to the naked eye. Yet many companies work intensively with these substances before, during and after their production processes. FLIR GF-Series are infrared cameras which are able to visualize gas by utilising the physics of fugitive gas leaks. The camera produces a full picture of the scanned area and leaks appear as smoke on the camera’s viewfinder or LCD, allowing the user to see fugitive gas emissions. The image is viewed in real time and can be recorded in the camera for easy archiving. 

FLIR GF320/GF300 is a preventive maintenance solution to spot leaks in piping, flanges and connections in petrochemical operations. The camera can rapidly scan large areas and pinpoint leaks in real time. It is ideal for monitoring plants that is difficult to reach with contact measurement tools. Literally thousands of components can be scanned per shift without the need to interrupt the process. It reduces repair downtime and provides verification of the process. LIMITATION OF TECHNOLOGY,

This device / service is provided to identify and detect the source of gas leak in real time by providing a visual effect of gas leak on screen which appears as a smoke, whereas quantification can be done with the help of TVA (TOXIC VAPOR ANALYSER) L.E.L Meter.

From your end or necessary guideline will be provided for TVA / L.E.L Meter for effective quantification.
